You can send even the largest files securely and safely using our Public FTP. You will first need to acquire a username and password from your sales representative or CSR. Email Request for FTP Access

Please follow the header that applies to you.

Customers Using A Public Web Browser : *See I.E. 7.0 Note Below

1. Please Compress Files before uploading using 'stuff it' (Mac) or 'zip it' (PC) ... doing
so will prevent possible timing out of your internet connection during transfer and also
protects the files from any possible corruption. (click links above for free trial software)
2. Be sure to include all fonts, linked photo’s, graphics, etc.
3. Click on “Upload Files Now ” Link on the right hand side of the screen.
4. Enter Username and Password: (Click to Email Request for FTP Access)
5. Browse Local Files ... Copy & Paste between PC and FTP directories OR
6. Drag & Drop the files from windows directories on your local PC to the FTP window.
7. SEND US AN EMAIL to notify us that the file transfer has been complete. (Click To Send Email Notice)

* Note For I.E. 7.0 Users : Depending on your Default Browser Settings it may be necessary after clicking the upload link above to select "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer" under the "Page" drop down menu at the top of your browser ... you would then proceed from step 4 above.


Customers Using FTP Client Software :

1. Launch You FTP Software: (Click for Free Trial of Cute FTP)
2. Enter the Proper Information:
a. Host: ftp.columbineprint.com
b. Username: (Click Here to Email Request For Info)
c. Password: (Click Here to Email Request For Info)
3. Upload Files per your FTP Software. "Port 21", "Transfer Type - Normal", "Format - Auto"

5. SEND US AN EMAIL to notify us after the file transfer has been complete. (Click To Send Email Notice)
